More specifically, PIRC specialises in researching and communicating long-term holistic solutions to the global issues of climate change, peak oil and global inequity.

PIRC’s research concentrates on addressing the causes of these issues rather than their symptoms, integrating enviromental, energy and economic policy in the pursuit of a better world.
